When Mommy opened the door to take me on my morning walk, a huge box appeared in the door. I guess the UPS guy left it there. The box was so huge that Mommy got this idea of putting me in it! OMG!

Chip is ready to be mailed off!Chip likes the box!

I don’t know how Mommy gets such crazy ideas. But Daddy put me into the box and it was actually quite comfortable. I was surprised.

Then later on, Mommy started reading the book called The Dangerous Book for Dogs by Rex and Sparky (who also happened to be Myspace friends of mine.) Mommy was laughing the whole time she was reading it. Of course, it would be too dangerous if I ever got a hold of the book. So she tried to hide it from me. But I found it anyway! Muhahaha!

Chip found the Dangerous Book for Dogs!

I also talked about this book in my Toys & Products page. Mommy and I spent quite a bit of time this summer working on my website. So please check it out if you have a chance! ^_^

Kayla came over for a visit on Saturday. I heard it was to test whether or not Kayla will be mean or nice to me!!! Can you believe that?!! Since when did I become a guinea pig?! I’m a dog!

It all started a couple of weekends ago at the dog beach. Kayla was just so moody. She growled at all new dogs. She was even super mean to me. Kayla was very nippy and extra … b*tchy. Mommy thought there was something wrong with Kayla. But Kayla’s daddy said it could be because she’s recovering from going through heat. So that’s why Kayla came over to my house on Saturday to see if she’s still going to nip and bite me OR if she’s going to be nice and kind to me like before.

Kayla doesn't like car rides

Well it was a good thing she was nice to me. I don’t know how much more nipping I can take from Kayla. It’s a good thing for Kayla too. If she continued to be mean to me, I heard she was going to have to visit the vet or something to see what’s wrong with her.

By 9PM, Kayla went home and Mika came over! Jesse dropped Mika off at my place to spend the night. I wish Jesse would have stayed too. It would have been better if Jesse brought Mary and Mary spent the night with me! Oh how I love Mary! But Jesse left and I was left with Mika.

It was fun at first. Mika was jumpy and bouncy. Then we went for a late night walk and we always looked out for each other. If Mika fell behind, I would stop and wait for her. If I was distracted with sniffing, Mika would stop and wait for me. It was really nice. Then when we were walking the sprinklers went off and we all got wet! EEEEEK!

Then we went home and took a nap for a long time. Mommy woke Mika up at 6am to have her go on a potty break. Then Mommy fed both of us breakfast with REAL chicken at 6:30AM on Sunday. For whatever reason Mika didn’t want her share. So I had no problems eating up all her kibbles and chicken too!

At 10AM, Daddy woke up and walked both of us for our regular morning walk. It was such a hot Sunday that Mika and I slept through most of the afternoon. Then around 5PM Mary came over!! YAAAAY! I was so happy! I thought Mary came over to pick me up to take me over to her place. Then 15 minutes into Mary’s visit I got this horrible feeling that Mary just came over to pick up Mika. That’s when my smile went away and I got really sad. By 5:30PM my worst fear came true. Mary went home without me. It was so sad.

Mommy decided to cheer me up with a walk at 5:40PM. All I could think about is where Mary parked her car. I thought if I could sniff out Mary’s car, I would jump in and go home with her. But no such lucky. I checked all the usual places where Mary would park her car … carport parking area … street parking … I checked it all, but no signs of Mary’s car. So I reluctantly went on my usual afternoon walk with Mommy.

What a weekend!
